I’m a seasoned entrepreneur, investor, and private equity fund manager with a proven track record in multiplying wealth. Over the past 15 years, I’ve founded, scaled, and successfully exited multiple businesses across international trade, financial services, consumer products, technology, and investment fund management.
As a BIV Top 40 Under 40 alumnus, I’ve had the privilege of being featured in major publications like The Wall Street Journal, Forbes, Canadian Business, LA Times, and Success Magazine.
I achieved early success as an entrepreneur after transitioning from practicing as a W2 mergers & acquisitions and securities attorney. Shortly after that, I parlayed my skillset into investing, strategically allocating capital across private equity, venture capital, tax-advantaged strategies, and public equities. Unlike traditional real estate investors, I focus on passive, high-growth investment strategies-avoiding the headaches of tenants, property management, and renovations.
Today, I’m a Partner at Pender Hastings Capital, a private equity firm specializing in niche, high-return land development investments in the U.S. and Canada.
